1. Do you deliver internationally?
Sorry, we only deliver within South Africa.

2. Do you do returns?
We don’t do returns. If there is a manufacturing defect we will happily exchange the product. There is no other reason we would facilitate a return. Our return policy is due to health reasons. Please make sure you order the correct product.

3. Do you keep stock of all the products on your site?
Yes, our website is an extension of our retail stores so 99% of the time if you see it we have it!

4. Do you sell products online?
We have 2 retail stores. One in Gateway Shopping Centre and the other in Musgrave Shopping Centre. If you don’t live in close proximity mail us what you are looking for to sales@gatewayhealth.co.za and we will give you a quote.
TIP - the BIGGER your order the BIGGER the discount we generally give you! Before ordering ask your friends what they are looking for and order for the lot of you. |
5. How come you guys are so cheap?
We’ve built our reputation on value and service. If you can we prefer it if you can visit one of our retail stores. We like to meet our customers and it’s always better to evaluate a person’s health in person. It also gives us a chance to prove just how good our service is ;o)

6. What delivery methods do you use?
We us the post office. The cheaper service is counter to counter delivery [will be delivered to your local post office]. The more expensive service is a door to door service using parcel force. Both methods include a tracking service. The charge will depend on which method you use and the weight of your order. We will include the delivery charge in your quote.

7. What methods of payment do you take?
When we send you your quote we will include our EFT details. We only receive payment via EFT.
